How long is your delivery time?

Generally speaking, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver within 2-5 days, if the quantity is 1-2 samples, we need 15~20 days for custom samples, if the quantity is more than 2 containers and you are very urgent, we Allows factories to prioritize production of your goods.

Can you provide free samples?

For new customers, we can provide free samples for standard products, but customers will pay for express delivery.For old customers, we will send you free samples and pay the courier cost by ourselves.For customers with customized drawings, we will have professional salesmen to connect with you.

What is your payment term?

We can accept T/T, LC for general order, PayPal and western union for small order or sample order.

How does your company control product quality?

First, we will prepare samples for customers to confirm.
Second, after getting the confirmation from the customer. We will meet with production managers, quality people, engineers to discuss problems that arise in sample production and estimate if any problems may arise in mass production and how to avoid it.
Thirdly, we have IQC to check incoming materials from size to surface requirements, and will issue a qualified label if qualified. Fourth, the quality staff will check the first few parts after commissioning the machine.
Fifth, FQC checks parts every 2 hours.
Sixth, FQC will inspect the finished parts before packing to ensure that no defective parts are delivered to customers.
